Join Align owner and instructor Britt Bertolotti as she guides you through how to access your Bandhas (foundation and energy locks) and discover how to use your Bandhas in arm balances, getting upside down, and creating any pose in your body powerfully. This workshop is for all levels!

Teacher Training Winter 2021-2022
Align Power Yoga’s 200 Hour Teacher Training is an RYS with Yoga Alliance and is lead by Align Power Yoga owner Britt Bertolotti. You will not only learn the history and lineage of yoga, anatomy and physiology, yoga ethics and philosophy, but you will learn about yourself and how you can empower and inspire others. You will get the tools to powerfully lead a yoga class and carry the 8 limbs of yoga off the mat and into your life. This training is about growth, self-discovery, community, and a space to be up to something bigger than yourself!
We are taking all state mandated precautions to ensure the safety off all participants in the time of COVID-19. Our upcoming training is limited to 8 participants to ensure social distancing and we have created online modules in the event we can’t meet in person.
